Having worked with architects for over 45 years, I rank Cutright & Allen at the top of my list. They are dedicated professionals who put the project above themselves. Their quick responses to all issues, their effort to be a team player, and their positive attitude makes their projects a success. The FEMA Dome project in Bay City, Texas is an example of this dedication, expertise, and leadership.
Any time you have a construction project, know you will have difficult issues that will need to be addressed; since we rely on Cutright & Allen to walk us through those difficulties, we are better educated by the end of the process (such as payment schedules, change orders, subcontractors, etc.).

I wanted to compliment the work of both Joanna and Brad on our TSSI project. The invoice tracking support for FEMA grant applicable construction was vital to the success of our project, and the Cutright & Allen , Inc. Team made this process seamless. Our building looks like a beautiful Wellness Center, but meets all the requirements for the FEMA safe room. I have to add the acoustics are excellent. The team would always follow up with my questions timely and get me the answers and solutions I needed to complete my tasks. Brad is pretty handy with a drone and a pen for wording and pictures for presentations for our community and our governing board.

Cutright & Allen, Inc. was selected as the Architectural firm responsible for the design and management of the Smithville Community Center “shelter-in-place” expansion. The $1.5M project was funded by a GLO-HUD grant. Cutright & Allen responded to all requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
